Featured Artist - Jake Ollinger
Jake Ollinger is once again working in clay. For those who have followed Jake’s career we reported this year that Jake (who has been in the gallery since he was 15) decided to go into engineering at Clemson. He gave it his all but hated being away from this potter’s wheel and elbow deep in clay. Jake is going to continue on at Clemson but has switched his major back to art!

This new year he will explore functional art (food safe objects). We have 3 bowls that are perfect for the kitchen. He has new shapes that he calls “altered” vase, bowls and pots. There are some new glazes such as yellow combined with purple and salmon (really funky looking).
